Wow. What a month. We managed to kick off Launch 2020 in an incredibly challenging month in an unprecedented time. So proud of our team!

What’s Launch 2020?

TaskRay is committed to bringing the best and brightest together to build a body of knowledge and expertise around Customer Onboarding so we can all benefit. Launch 2020 was intended to be a two-day, in-person gathering of the vanguards of Customer Onboarding. Never ones to let anything stop us, we’re taking it online and instead of a two-day event, we’ll be offering a monthly speaker series, roundtables, a Customer Onboarding Slack Community and a ton of great content to help companies conquer the critical first 90 days of every customer’s journey. Our first Launch 2020 event in April was an incredible virtual workshop with Coach Keren Eldad, a TEDx Speaker, author, the founder of With Enthusiasm Coaching™ and a Certified Personal and Executive Coach (ACC, CPC, CEC, CPBA, CPMA). Keren taught us how to deal with the constancy of change and uncertain times through compelling (and sometimes hilarious) stories based on her work with premier global organizations including J.P.
