Maximize Your Success With Optimization Packages
We understand that your processes are constantly evolving. We want you to be successful in such changes and ensure that TaskRay is set up to its full potential. As such, we offer the option to utilize our Optimization Package, which is essentially a bank of hours for your team to work alongside a technical expert from TaskRay. Whether you need to do an in-depth review of a TaskRay feature, discuss best practices around a use case, or to get some assistance on a custom TaskRay configuration or automation – our team is here to help. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or Account Executive for more details.
Salesforce Consulting
We don’t handle build-outs or offer Salesforce/business process consulting, but we do have a number of trusted partners that can engage with you on a specific project or an ongoing basis.
Some examples of what we are unable to handle during the TaskRay onboarding process:
